depacto is operated by DEPACTO LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17464624, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom ("depacto", "we", "us").

You can reach us about anything in these terms at playon@depacto.fun. We answer to that address and it is the right route for any question, complaint or formal notice.

These terms apply whenever you use depacto. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

depacto is free. There is nothing to buy, no entry fee, and no way to deposit or withdraw money.

Stars are a score. They are not money, not a token, and not a thing of value. Specifically:

·stars cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn

·stars have no cash value and never will

·stars do not entitle you to any payment, prize or benefit unless we say otherwise in writing for a specific promotion

·we may adjust, correct or reset stars where they were awarded in error, or where a match result is corrected by our data provider

Stars are the only thing depacto awards. There is no stake at any point, nothing of monetary value is ever at risk, and nothing of monetary value is ever won.

Tournament prize pools are paid in stars and nothing else.

You must be at least 13 years old to use depacto.

You may hold one account. Creating additional accounts to enter the same game more than once, or to influence a leaderboard, is not permitted.

depacto is aimed at players in the United Kingdom. You may use it elsewhere, but we make no promise that it is appropriate or available in your country, and you are responsible for your own local law.

You sign in with a third-party account rather than a password we hold. We never see or store your password.

You choose a username. It is how other players see you — on leaderboards, in chat, in friend lists and in challenges. Your email address is never shown to another player.

Usernames must be 3 to 16 characters, using lowercase letters, numbers and underscores. Names that impersonate depacto, its staff, or a moderator are reserved. We may reclaim or change any username that is offensive, impersonates someone, or is used to mislead.

You are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Please do not:

·hold more than one account, or play through someone else’s

·use bots, scripts or any automated method to enter predictions

·exploit a bug, scoring error or data delay rather than reporting it

·interfere with the app, our servers, or another player’s use of either

Where we find any of this, we may void the affected entries, adjust stars, restrict features, or close the account. We will be proportionate, and we will tell you what we have done and why.

Every game locks at kickoff for the fixture it relates to. Once locked, an entry cannot be changed.

Results are settled from data supplied by our third-party provider, shortly after a match is confirmed finished. Settlement is not instant — we wait for the data to stabilise before awarding stars.

Where a fixture is abandoned, postponed, or the data needed to settle a particular prediction is not available, that prediction is voided and no stars are awarded for it. Voiding a prediction does not affect the rest of your entry.

Match data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We score from what we receive. If our provider corrects a result, we may re-score the affected entries and adjust stars up or down to match. Our decision on how an entry settles is final.

depacto includes friend lists, group chats and head-to-head challenges. Anything you post is visible to the other people in that conversation.

Please keep it civil. Do not post anything abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, unlawful, or that reveals someone else’s personal information. Do not use chat to advertise.

We may remove content and restrict access to chat where these standards are not met. We do not monitor every message, but we act on what is reported to us.

We want depacto to be available whenever there is football on, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Matches, competitions and games may be added, changed or withdrawn.

We may change how a game scores. Where a change affects how entries already placed will settle, we will apply the rules that were in force when you entered.

The depacto name, logo, design and content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Club names, competition names and player names are the property of their respective owners and are used here descriptively, to identify real fixtures and real players. depacto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club, league or governing body.

What you write in chat stays yours. By posting it you allow us to display it within the app to the people it was sent to.

Fixtures, scores, match events and player statistics are supplied by SportMonks. That data is licensed to us for use in this app and may not be extracted or redistributed.

We do not control it and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or timely.

You may close your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we stop offering the service. Where we close an account for a breach, we will tell you why.

depacto is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be error-free, or that stars, streaks or leaderboard positions will always be correct.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from match data being wrong, delayed or unavailable.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects you, we will let you know in advance, for example in the app or by email. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
